How old were you when you started and where did your idea come from?
I was 6 when I started sewing and it all started when I was about 8. I just love sewing and I want to share my ideas and vision with other girls.
What was the biggest mistake you made and what did you learn from it?
I always ran out of time when I was making my pieces for fashion shows. I learned to better time myself and start my process earlier.
What are your future plans for the business?
I want to be able to help other people through my work. I always give back to charities and the masks I have been making since the pandemic started have been to benefit frontline workers. I also want girls and women who wear my design to feel confident about themselves and have fun.
Any advice for other girls starting a business?
Don't be afraid. Do what you love and be passionate with your idea.
