Questionnaire

How old were you when you started and where did your idea come from?
I started earrings by Emma when I was 8 years old because I had a hard time finding earrings that wouldn't irritate my sensitive ears.
What was the biggest mistake you made and what did you learn from it?
The biggest mistake I made was selling my earrings at an outdoor event. It was so windy that my earrings blew all over an Oklahoma farm! I learned that not all venues are appropriate for selling my products.
What are your future plans for the business?
I hope to exponentially grow my online sales and continue to improve my business skills.
Any advice for other girls starting a business?
Find a market that isn't being served and serve it. Or, find a need or a problem that hasn't been solved, and innovate a new product or solution.
